At our dental offices in Charlotteand Concord, we focus on providing high-quality oral health carefrom start to finish. Our attention-to-detailextends to dental insurance. We file claims electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you. We accept and file most insurance plans for you, except Medicare/Medicaid and HMO plans.
Our dental teamwill provide you with a cost estimate for your dental services. These estimates are broken down by insured and uninsured costs. For insured patients, we will accept the assignment of benefits, if allowed by the dental insurance plan. This enables the patient to sign the insurance stating or assigning payment to our office.
Please note: Estimates for dental procedures may vary depending on information provided by your insurance company. They do not guarantee payment! After a claim has been submitted and processed, the final payment is determined.
